Cloudy Skys

He walked out of his den,yawned and stretched without a word to Xiax or X he just padded off with the same straight face he always has not a care in the world and no emotions. He padded out towards the mountains,he looked up seeing Xorn which he hadn't fully introduced himself to. He climbed up the mountain to the top to where Xorn stood,he laid down next to her and looked at her with his gleaming eyes of blood red. "Hm.....I never fully introduced myself to you,young Xorn. As you may know my name's Assassin. I've know Xiax since we were pups,but times change we all change I've grown to show no emotions,only towards wolves I can trust such as Xiax. I myself am quite strong,perhaps a bit stronger then Xiax but I don't brag at all,he still has a bit to learn as I have learned most me being older then him." He stopped figuring he'd said enough.

"Ya I think I remeber you. You see I was adopted into his family after he was adopted. But I spent most of my time in these mountains, as you can probably see I like high ground." Xorn looked fully at Assasin now, he had pitch black fur with red markings, while she had black fur as well but the tip of her tail was yellow, he had blood red eyes, while she had blue eyes with a splinter of green in her right eye.

X lay next to Xiax in the centre of the camp. She had her head on his fur and was humming a tune to him. After a few munties, she paused. "You going to be ok?" She wined. She looked up at the sky, than gave a long howl. IT started high, then gradually got lower.

"So, why'd you come up here anyway?" Xorn cocked her head to the side while she asked the question.

He sighed and looked out into the far distance. "I dunno,we never really get to talk,I never really talk to a lot of wolves around here anyways. Only ones I know I can trust and that don't critisize,but what are you going to do," he chuckled. "You can never run away from it." He transformed anthro dangling his legs on the edge of the mountain. "And besides,I like to get to know wolves and being up here I can watch where they go. I'm kinda like a....hmm.......agent...nah...ninja? sorta but I'm trained for fighting if you hadn't noticed. I was brought by a secret organization to well....kill."

"Cool. At least you can handle having nobody, I've been alone as long as I've been alive. This is the first pack that I've ever really stuck with, and yet I still feel like I don't belong somehow." She sighed and turned Anthro as well sitting next to Assasin.
"You know, I never really asked you what you're powers were?" Xorn questioned him with strange eyes.

He smiled looking at her. "I have powers of transforming,I have all powers of a shape shifter. I can see where anyone is without being near them. Not very special that much." He chuckled a bit then looked back out in the distance.

She smiled back giving him the you're-so-lucky look.
"Youre lucky, I only have the power of lightning, to read minds, and to look into the minds of others."

"Ahh I can read minds as well and it sounds to me," He got closer to her and looked around then whispered. "That you have The sight." He looked at her and moved away. "Besides,it's one of the best powers to have.Though if used in the wrong way bad things could happen."

Xorn blushed a little.
"I don't usually tell people that, but yes I do. And the only reason I hide it is because some people are trying to aliminate everything that has to do with the sight. Xorn saw Assassin nod his head in agreement, "And I take it you've already heard that Xiax has it as well." She started to wonder how come Xiax and herself had the sight yet they weren't related.

"Yeah,I know Xiax has it I've known for a while." He chuckled a bit. "It's a wonder that you two aren't related in any way." He sighed then looked up at the night sky. "Hmm....yeah,the night can be so peaceful at times." He laid back onto his back,his arms making a pillow resting his head on them. He stared up into the sky looking at the stars.

Xorn just sat there still thinking about how it was possible. She stayed for another half hour until she fell back with a thump. She didn't relize how tired she was until then, she felt it rush over her until she closed her eyes and drifted to sleep.

He looked down at Xorn seeing as she fell asleep. He got up taking his hoodie off and laid it down on Xorn keeping her warm. He looked out into the distance of the cold night seeing his breath of smoke everytime he breathed out. He looked down at his shirt which was just black and white then saw his necklace with his name and rank symbol on it. He took it off and laid it next to Xorn then laid back and started to fall asleep.

After a brif conversation with Xiax, she decided to take a flight. She broke into a run and turned into a raven, soaring around the camp grounds. After a while she spotted two figures, two of the same that she's been seeing togeather alot lately. She smiles as she sees them togeather, and makes a soft yet loud screaching noise and circles above the pair.

He wakes startled to a bird noise,he looked up seeing the bird circling around. He looked down at the camp then at Xorn and back at the bird. He growled for a second and ran off leaving his things with Xorn.

X turned into a bacl cat and dropped, landing swiftly beside Xorn. She watched Assassin run off and looked at Xorn. She wanted to have a conversation with her.

As he ran he slipped a couple times,then he jumped into the trees running through them then finally stopping and resting at one of the biggest trees in the forest and laid in one of the branches.

Xorn woke up finding Assassin's jacket on top of her. She yawned, and saw a necklace she's never seen in her life. Must be Assassin's. She picked up his things and walked toward the camp.
She placed his things in his den before she walked around noticing that everyone was out hunting for the feast.

X ran her claws along the tree branch. She jumped forward and flipped in the air, landing on her feet in the form of a black cat. She then padded back to camp and spotted Xorn. She smiled as she aproched, her cat-like tail twitching behind her. "Not attending the feast, are you?"

He started to doze off to sleep,but caught himself so he made himself fall out of the tree. "That woke me up....ow..." He shook his head and got up. He walked towards the edge of the mountain jumping down into camp. "Couldn't miss the feast." He looked over at X and Xorn seeing them talk,he figured it was only important to them. He looked down seeing tracks in the snow of Xiax,so he followed them seeing where he went off to.

X jumped onto Xorn's back. Xorn growled a bit, "Oh c'mon. I'm a cat. Can't be that heavy?" She laughed and began a spell. Seconds later Xorn was running toward the hunting grounds, X using magic to push Xorn forward.

"Where the hell are you taking me you nutcase?" Xorn growled. She started to just let X guide her as if she were blind.

"We're going hunting" She giggled, "Unless your scared?" X made afearful shreak as if mocking Xorn.

He looked behind seeing Assassin walking up from behind. "What is it Assassin...." He said while turning around to face him.

"Oh, you're on!" Xorn bolted and X fell of her back, and she landed on the forest floor. She just laughed and kept running.

"Now that's just plain rude!" She laughed and turned into a cheeta, cacthing up with Xorn within a few seconds. She and Xorn ran side by side, then burst into a clearing full of elk. They all bolt in seprate directions. "First once to catch the bull wins!" She giggles and races after the head Elk.

He walked along towards the hunting grounds Assassin walking beside him as they came up to the field.

"Hm I was just wondering where you were going...."
"To the hunt?...Did you forget the date again?" "Musta heh.....I've been thinking about other things....." "Like?.." "Weeellll....." "Well...what?" Assassin looked at Xiax smiling. "Girlfriend?"
"No never! I'm more into.....fighting then getting into relationships."
"Yeah sure....is that all you've been thinking about for you to forget the hunt?" "Yep." "I've known you've been wanting a girlfriend since...well since you told me." Assassin sighed looking ahead seeing Xorn and X having a race for the bull elk. "Yeah....but things change."

"Hah sure they do bud." He looked over at Assassin.He smiled as they ran for the bull. Xiax jumped for the bull's neck latching on then jumped off. Assassin grabbed it's hined leg then jumped off. Xiax ran straight for it, jumped,then sudden blackness. He'd gotten hit by the bull elk's hoofs,getting back up an imprint was on Xiax's face and a black mark around his right eye of a shape of the hoof,then it started bleeding. He ran for the elk this time clawing at it then bringing it down instantly killing it.

"Note to self, never make Xiax mad" She laughs as she comes up behind the two, Xorn by her side. The two girls had blood on their teeth and paws from hunting. X licked her lips, "There's plenty of elk here, what'da ya say we have a a contest? Girls v.s boys. Whichever team kills the most elk wins. Then we eat till we're meat drunk." She smiles brightly and raises an eyebrow at the boys, "Are you in or arn't you?"
